General Information
Pakenham is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and rural holdings, but is a town on the move.
Situated approx. 46 kilometres from Melbourne in the South Eastern Growth Corridor. Pakenham is a designated “Employment Zone” and the residential, commercial and industrial development is bringing families to Pakenham.
As the housing estates are being built the infrastructure required to service the needs of the families coming into the area, is being put in place.
Encompassed in the Cardinia Shire, and serviced by our office are the townships and rural areas of;
Nar Nar Goon, Nar Nar Goon North, Maryknoll, Tynong, Tynong North, Garfield, Garfield North, Iona, Cora Lynn, Bunyip, Labertouche, Longwarry, Longwarry North, Koo Wee Rup and Bayles.
